Meet Beau Gunn!
On air 2pm - 6pm M-F
Beau Gunn perhaps may be one of the luckiest men alive. It all started when he was fortunate enough to grow in the Beautiful town of Beaufort, NC. Growing up near the water, it only seemed logical to stay near it. So after high school, Beau moved to Wilmington and enrolled in Cape Fear Community College.
It was through college life that he got exposed to what he describes as one of the most influential things in his life …LIVE MUSIC! He loved to see the local, regional, and national acts at some of the [now extinct] live music venues of Wilmington (Shout out to Paleo Sun, Johnny Rockets, The Ice House, Marrz, and Dominics).
Beau later transferred to UNCW and graduated with a Communication Studies degree, thus finishing up the 6 ˝ year plan. He is currently the Program and Music Director for your favorite Radio Station, and enjoys spinning tunes every week day from 2pm to 6p.
